Szechuan Kung Po Prawn
Serving: 2 people.
6 king prawns, de-shelled
10g roasted cashew nuts
¼ onion, sliced
1 chilli, sliced
½ jar Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce
Stir fry onion and chilli in heated oil (1 tbsp) for 1 minute.
Add prawns, cashew nuts and YEO’S Kung Po Sauce.
Stir through till prawns are cooked, serve hot.
