Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet
Serving: 4 people.
200g fish fillet, cubed
100g canned pineapple, drained & cubed
1 onion, cubed
˝ red pepper, cubed
˝ green pepper, cubed
1 jar Yeo’s Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp corn flour
Mix batter ingredient together. Coat fish fillets with batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown, drained and set aside.
Stir fry onion, red pepper and green pepper in heated oil (2 tbsp) for 1 minute.
Stir in Yeo’s Sweet & Sour Sauce, pineapple and fish fillets, serve hot.
