Singapore Fried Rice Vermicelli
Serving: 2 people.
180g Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli
30g pork (or chicken), cooked & shredded
30g bean sprouts
1 fried egg, sliced
¼ onion, shredded
¼ green pepper, shredded
¼ red pepper, shredded
1 tbsp Yeo’s Curry Powder
1 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
½ tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
Soften Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli in warm water, drain well and set aside.
Stir-fry onion, bean sprouts, green pepper and red pepper in heated oil (1 tbsp) until fragrant.
Add pork, shrimps and all seasoning and stir-fry for a while. Add Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli and mix well, sprinkle with fried egg and serve.
