Sambal Prawn (Singapore Style Stir Fry)
Serving: 3-4 people.
250g medium-sized prawns (de-shelled & de-veined)
60g onion, sliced
1/3 cup water
1 jar Yeo’s Sambal Paste
Heat up frying pan, add onion and Yeo’s Sambal Paste and stir fry until fragrant.
Add prawns and water and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
