Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet in Hot Bean Sauce

Serving: 2 people.

250g salmon Fillet, sliced into 2 pieces
5g garlic, chopped
10g onion, chopped

1 tbsp Yeos Hot Bean Sauce
1 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Yeos Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp sugar

Pan-fry salmon fillet until cooked, set on a plate.
Stir fry garlic and onion, add all the seasonings and 1 tbsp of water, cook for another 1 minute.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve.
