Nasi Goreng (Malaysian Style Fried Rice)

600g boiled rice
100g chicken, cubed (or prawns)
50g mixed vegetables
˝ onion, chopped
1 egg, fried & sliced
1 jar Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste
Stir fry onion and chicken in heated oil (1 tbsp) for 2 minutes.
Add rice, mixed vegetables, egg, Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste and stir fry until fragrant. Serve hot.
