Noodles with Pork in Hot Chilli Sauce

160g Yeo’s Ezy-cook Noodles
100g pork, sliced
½ carrot, diced
¼ red pepper, sliced
1 egg, fried & sliced

3 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
¼ tsp salt

Cook Yeo’s Ezy-cook Noodles in hot water for about 2 minutes, stir tenderly to loose cake. Drain well and set aside.
Stir fry red pepper in heated oil (1 tbsp) for 1 minute. Add pork, carrot and all seasonings. Stir through till pork is cooked.
Add noodles and egg, mixed well and serve hot.
