Crispy Chilli Shredded Beef
Serving: 2 people.
250g beef fillet, shredded
50g carrot, shredded
˝ onion, shredded
80g corn flour
80g self raising flour
3 tbsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
3 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
Coat the shredded beef with corn flour and self raising flour, then deep fry until crispy, set aside.
Stir fry onion and carrot in heated oil (1 tsp), add all seasonings and crispy beef, stir well and serve.
