4 jumbo prawns
˝ stem spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp chilli, chopped
4 tbsp corn flour

2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
1 tsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
2 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce

Mix jumbo prawns and corn flour in a bowl. Heat 1/2 cup of oil and deep fry jumbo prawns until cooked, set aside.
Heat wok, add 1tbsp cooking oil, stir fry onion, chilli and spring onion with all the seasonings.
Add jumbo prawns and stir fry for 1 minute and serve.
