WT Foods has been purchased from Bridgepoint Capital by GraceKennedy Limited, a leading international consumer group with its origins in the Caribbean.
 
GraceKennedy comprises 60 subsidiary and associated companies, located throughout the Caribbean, North and Central America, and the purchase of WT Foods is the company’s first European acquisition.
