CHANGES TO SALES AND DISTRIBUTION OF NISSIN 'SOBA' PRODUCTS...
An announcement is being made today regarding changes in the management of the sales and distribution of the Nissin 'Soba' branded products only.
The announcement involves Premier Foods assuming responsibility for the sales and distribution of Nissin Soba products to mainly the mainstream supermarket, convenience and cash and carry market sectors, with effect from February 1st, 2017.
The announcement relates to Nissin 'Soba' products only and for the market sectors above only. Grace Foods UK will continue to sell and distribute all other Nissin products in the UK.
The move follows Nissin Food Holdings Co. Ltd acquiring a 17.27 per cent shareholding in Premier earlier this year.
All customers affected by the announcement will be informed.
